1) applying a stone adhesive fill, which is an epoxy that is colour matched. To the base colour of the caesarstone benchtop. Stone adhesives are NOT designed for modern engineered caesarstone benchtops. Similarly Caesarstone, Essastone, Silestone, Quantum Quartz etc. Caesarstone chip repair done with this method are cheaper, but often fall out and stain easily. Epoxy chip repairs never have the fleck, a perfect colour match to the original stone.

If for some reason you have a dull caesarstone polish, matte caesarstone, marble look stone benchtop, watermarks as per the photo below. Hazy or a spot that looks like the polish has been removed. Most likely it will be the cleaning agents you are using. Dull caesarstone polish is from a build up of contaminants and caustic compounds contained in most off the shelf stone cleaners.
Or if you have Dr. Google the issue it may be damage to the stone from a cleaning product or method used for trying to remove a stone benchtop stain. Contact us with some photos, a description of the issue and what you have used to try and remove the stains.
If you are unsure what pH range or the ingredients of your currently cleaning products are, type the name of the product and sds into google to find the safety data sheet or contact the manufacturer directly. The bench top is 4 metres long and I’m hoping there’s a way to counteract the reaction. He thinks we need to polish and re seal the whole 4 meters! Please help!! We are in Geraldton WA.
